Thanks for checking us out – I’m excited about our new look!! Just over a year ago we were finishing construction of our first homes. April will be the anniversary of our first home owners. The transformation is amazing – from construction site to beautiful neighborhood. All our hard work has been rewarded with beautiful homes, gorgeous street and landscapes, and wonderful neighbors. One of the most asked questions is – “Do you have any single levels?” The answer is yes!! Don’t be fooled by our dramatic exteriors – even our single levels have terrific street presence. Nearing completion

We’ve had a very hectic ten days but what progress! I’m very excited to tell you that we have Lot 44, The Cumberland very near completion. The appliances and tile backsplash will be installed this week and then it’s just a matter of finishing touches such as bath accessories and mirrors. What a beauty – it is a home that truly takes your breath away from the moment you step in the front door. Please come and see it soon, I’ll look forward to seeing you there. The rain has stopped!!

At last we have a break from the dreary weather that’s been slowing things down. I know you must be as relieved as I am and we have the additional bonus of cool, crisp autumn days. What a perfect time to be on a new construction job site and it is my favorite place to be. If you drive through the Summit this week be prepared to dodge all manner of construction traffic. We are finishing the Hardie plank

installation on Lot 36, and most exciting for me, beginning the stone installation on Lots 44 and 12. It is really beginning to look like a neighborhood and I think you can get a feel for it’s true potential. Work is continuing on the development sidewalks and if the weather holds the streets should be cleaned up by the end of next week. I can’t wait!! I want it to be very inviting for you to drive through and stop for a visit. Be sure to walk through Lot 44 (the two story in the island) – it’s painted and the cabinets are installed and I have to just say “WOW” it will knock your socks off – and it takes a lot to impress me after 20 something years!
